The accounting foundation stays dependable
Venue CFO runs the accounting workflow, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly financial reporting in scope. Locations and legal entities are named in the proposal rather than assumed to be unlimited.
Client staff can support the agreed process. We do not wait for another accountant to deliver completed books before we can begin our reporting work.

Forecasts use stated assumptions and do not guarantee results. Major new models and transaction work are separately scoped.
A defined leadership cadence
Four 45-minute leadership meetings each month, one defined decision analysis monthly, weekly review of the agreed action register, and up to four hours of between-meeting advisory support concerning the existing reports, forecasts, and active decisions.
One additional adviser or lender coordination meeting of up to 45 minutes is included each month. Routine requests receive an initial response within one business day; completion depends on the work required.
These meetings replace the lower-tier meeting cadence. The service is not an unlimited executive role or automatic appointment as a corporate officer.

Payroll and tax responsibilities remain explicit
Payroll accounting is included. Payroll administration is a separately scoped optional addition. Income-tax work and sales/beverage tax filings remain with separately engaged providers, with named accounting handoffs.
Is this only for venue groups?
No. A single venue can need frequent financial leadership, while a multi-location business may need a lighter advisory cadence. Complexity affects the fixed quote separately from the service level.
