You want our eyes on the numbers first
The Diagnostic exists for owners who want a professional read on the venue's finances before committing to Foundation and the CFO Partnership.
Before you commit
A fixed-fee review of your venue’s financial reality — close quality, deposit handling, event-level margins, and cash risk — with a written 90-day roadmap you keep whether or not we ever work together again.
$7,500, fixed. Fully credited toward Foundation if you move into the partnership within 90 days.

This is a focused professional review, not an ongoing relationship. Every finding is written down, prioritized, and explained in owner language.

Revenue looks fine, the calendar is full, and the bank account still surprises you. The Diagnostic names what is actually happening and what to fix first.
The Diagnostic assesses and prioritizes; Foundation rebuilds. The Diagnostic tells you what is wrong, what it is costing you, and what to fix first. Foundation is where we do the fixing: close standards, classification rules, deposit treatment, the reporting framework, and the rolling forecast.
Yes. If you move into Foundation within 90 days of receiving the Diagnostic, the full $7,500 is credited against the Foundation fee. If you don't, you keep the written assessment and the 90-day roadmap with no further obligation.
No. Most venues go straight to Foundation after the fit call. The Diagnostic exists for owners who want a professional read on the numbers before committing to the partnership.
Read access to the accounting file, recent bank and merchant statements, Tripleseat exports (or equivalent booking data), and about two hours of ownership's time across the engagement.
Book a fit call. If the Diagnostic is the right starting point, we’ll say so — and if it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
