Diagnostic FAQ

How is the Diagnostic different from Foundation?

The Diagnostic assesses and prioritizes; Foundation rebuilds. The Diagnostic tells you what is wrong, what it is costing you, and what to fix first. Foundation is where we do the fixing: close standards, classification rules, deposit treatment, the reporting framework, and the rolling forecast.

Is the fee really credited toward Foundation?

Yes. If you move into Foundation within 90 days of receiving the Diagnostic, the full $7,500 is credited against the Foundation fee. If you don't, you keep the written assessment and the 90-day roadmap with no further obligation.

Do we have to do the Diagnostic before Foundation?

No. Most venues go straight to Foundation after the fit call. The Diagnostic exists for owners who want a professional read on the numbers before committing to the partnership.

What do you need from us?

Read access to the accounting file, recent bank and merchant statements, Tripleseat exports (or equivalent booking data), and about two hours of ownership's time across the engagement.
